Social Media Marketing

Social media marketing can mean slightly different things depending on who you ask, but at the highest level it’s about getting the word out about your business through social media websites like Twitter and Facebook.  This can take many forms such as content marketing, user response and engagement, promoting posts for shares and likes, promotions, reputation management, and paid ads.  Needless to say, trying to do all of that yourself is more than most business owners have time for which is why many small businesses elect to either use a special portal like ours to better manage these activities, or even outsource the bulk of it.  Social media is like anything else: with the right tools or professional help, it’s a whole lot easier than trying to wing it.
